Terms & Conditions

• Advance Booking: Birthday celebrations should be requested before arrival. For same-day reservations, please submit your request by 3:00 PM through your booking notes or our official WhatsApp or social-media channels. All requests are subject to confirmation and availability.
• Personalized Laser Message: Laser-show messages are limited to the guest’s name and a simple birthday greeting, with a maximum of 4 (four) words or 25 (twenty-five) characters.
• Celebration Timing: The timing of the birthday parade, selected song, and laser show is arranged by our operational team and Resident DJ. While we will do our best to accommodate preferences, a specific time cannot be guaranteed.
• Weather Conditions: Outdoor laser effects and rice-paddy arrangements are weather-dependent. In the event of rain, strong wind, or other unsuitable conditions, the experience may be adjusted, postponed, relocated, or replaced with an alternative arrangement at the restaurant’s discretion.
• Group Reservations: Groups of four or more guests can book the package with a minimum spend of IDR 1,500,000/person (excluding tax & service). Passport Validation: Guests are required to present a valid passport upon making a reservation.
